Position Summary


Cabana servers will be responsible for tableside service - providing superior service and hospitality to help create friendly, memorable experiences for guests. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. 

Duties and responsibilities


  • Taking/ delivering food orders
  • Interacts with the guests in a friendly, engaging manner to help create a superior experience
  • Set up and cleanup of cabanas and cabana server area
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment
  • Attending staff meetings, morning meetings and other meetings as requested.
  • Perform all other duties as requested

While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.  The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms.  The employee is regularly required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch.


The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.


While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and extreme heat.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  




Education and/or Professional Certification


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.




  • Previous experience in a server position preferred


Specialized knowledge


  • Knowledge of wine and beer as well as other products offered.
  • Knowledge of standard bar equipment to include dish washer, coolers, ice machine, etc.




  • Possess basic computer and POS system abilities
  • Superior guest service skills




  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
  • Ability to work independently
  • Follow and enforce all waterpark standards
