Under the supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage, cooks will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure fresh, well-prepared and consistent food options, while delivering superior guest service and satisfaction. He/she will assist the Director of F&B in creating unique food options for guests, while meeting or exceeding all health code standards. Cooks will also assist in ordering, stocking and daily set-up and clean-up details in the various f&b outlets. The ideal candidate will have prior cooking and food preparation experience and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Must be at least 18 years old.
