Position Summary


Our EMT's respond to all levels of guest injuries both in the first aid office and on location throughout the park. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.



Duties and responsibilities


  • Responding and treating guest injuries
  • Completing required documentation
  • Ensuring First-Aid office is properly stocked
  • Coordinating with county EMS as needed
  • Attends staff meetings and other meetings as requested.
  • Perform all other duties as requested.

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.


While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and extreme heat.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  




Education and/or Professional Certification


  • Must have current EMT or OEC Credentials
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred




  • 1-2 years of experience as an EMT preferred but not required.


Specialized knowledge


  • Keeps abreast of the latest happenings as it relates to EMT




  • Excellent Guest service focus




  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Follow and enforce all waterpark standards
