If you or someone you are responsible for has a particular disability or special need, we encourage you to contact us at guestservices@h2obxwaterpark.com to better assist us in preparing for your visit.
We do not offer any admission discounts specifically for guests with disabilities or pregnant women.
Although our theme park is handicap accessible, any guests wearing a brace or cast may be restricted from riding any slides where the brace or cast may present a hazard to the guest, others, or the slide. If the cast is waterproof and the guest can maintain the proper ride position, they may ride.
The safety and well-being of our guests is of the highest importance at H2OBX Waterpark. Our First Aid Team is standing by for assistance while the park is open. Emergency Medical Technicians are available if first aid is needed.
Any guests with a handicap permit may park in the identified handicap spots located close to the entrance. There is also a convenient drop-off and pick-up location by our front entrance gate.
Service Animals are welcome at H2OBX Waterpark. Service animals must be physically controlled on a leash or harness at all times. Due to the nature of our rides, service animals must remain with a non-riding member of the guest’s party and will not be permitted to ride any rides. Staff members of H2OBX Waterpark are not permitted to take control of a guest’s service animal. The only Service Animals permitted in the park are dogs. Emotional support animals are not recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act as a service animal.
Guests whose service animals demonstrate aggressive actions toward other guests will be directed to remove the animal from the park immediately. Limit one service animal per guest. Owners are required to clean up after the service animal and will be removed immediately if not in compliance.
Our theme park is handicap accessible. Entrances are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs at the admission gates and in restaurants. Wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, and service animals are welcome at H2OBX Waterpark. You may bring your own wheelchair or electric wheelchair. Wheelchairs are available for daily rental. See PDF for more information.
