At H2OBX Waterpark, we strive to maximize the safety and enjoyment of each and every guest and therefore enforce regulations and policies throughout the park. The conduct of all our guests must reflect a safe and family fun environment.
Any offense described within the Behavior Policy of H2OBX Waterpark can lead to dismissal from the waterpark with no refund given.
H2OBX Waterpark must authorize all photo and video capture for the intent of public audience use and/or distribution. Cameras and video recording equipment use is acceptable only when it is safe and unobtrusive to other guests. Use of cameras and video recording equipment is strictly prohibited on slides, under water and in public restrooms throughout the park.
Out of safety concerns for guests, employees, and property, as well as concerns for individual privacy, H2OBX Waterpark prohibits the operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public - including recreational users and hobbyists - without the prior written authorization from H2OBX Waterpark. This prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within H2OBX Waterpark boundaries. This prohibition on drone operations or use extends to any drones launched or operated from the H2OBX Waterpark property, as well as drones launched from private property outside of the H2OBX Waterpark boundaries. Any authorized operation of aerial drones may be governed by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, as well as those policies separately established by H2OBX Waterpark, which may include certification, training, insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers or releases of liability. Any violation of this policy may subject violators to any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.
Hard and insulated coolers are not allowed in the park.
Reservations are not required for General Admission day tickets to the park. You can use your ticket any operating day that season. We do recommend purchasing tickets online so you can go straight through bag check upon arrival but they can also be purchased at the ticket window. It is highly recommended to reserve a cabana online prior to arrival. These are date specific and once booked it's reserved for the entire day.
Some of the best days of summer start off with a questionable weather forecast. While H2OBX Waterpark does not offer a refund on tickets, we do make your visit risk free by assuring you that if we suspend operations due to lightning/inclement weather in the area for more than 90 minutes prior to 5:30pm, you will receive a complimentary Return Visit Voucher valid for the rest of the summer.
In the event we fully suspend operations due to weather prior to 3pm, a complimentary Return Visit Voucher will be issued for a full day return visit. Should the suspension happen after 3pm and before 5:30pm, a Twilight Return Visit Voucher will be valid for admission after 3pm. No vouchers are issued after 5:30pm. Should you wish to use the Twilight Return Visit Voucher for a full day, you may visit the ticket window to upgrade your ticket for $10.
To claim your Return Visit Voucher, everyone in your party needs to have their proof of admission, either a ticket purchased online or on-site at H2OBX. All members of your party will present their proof of admission in exchange for a Return Visit Voucher and have all their belongings, as accepting the Return Visit Voucher forfeits the rest of your days visit. You must be inside the park to receive the Return Visit Voucher on the same day of the closure. Return Visit Vouchers are only issued for paid daily admissions. Return Visit Vouchers and refunds are not given on Cabana rentals in the event the park closes early due to inclement weather.
